Liberty Sod Farm, located in Great Meadows, has been providing sod to contractors, homeowners and municipalities since 1960. We are blessed with 250 acres of the richest black soil, which allows us to grow a lush, thick dark- green lawn for your projects. We stay on the cutting edge (no pun intended) using the latest, most advanced sod cutters and harvesting methods. Liberty Sod Farm originally set out to be the best (now we are the biggest and the best in North Jersey). We are ready to help you with your project, no matter how big or small!

The team, led by owner Brian, all enjoy the farm and will help in any way to ensure every order goes as smoothly as possible. Every helper on the farm works as hard as possible to ensure the quality and perfection of every single square foot. Our driver’s main priority is to get your orders to your jobsite as quickly and as safely as possible. Our office crew is ready to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
